Bernstein stated in a research report that NVIDIA's upcoming Vera Rubin platform could further extend its leadership position in the artificial intelligence hardware sector. Bernstein maintained its Buy rating on NVIDIA and a $300 price target. The firm indicated that the new platform, scheduled to begin shipments in the second half of 2026, may deliver approximately five times the inference performance and 3.5 times the training performance compared to current systems.
NVIDIA also received support from Bernstein's view that demand remains robust. The report noted that orders extend into 2027, and the company's updated outlook suggests a revenue trajectory of approximately $500 billion, which is higher than current market consensus estimates.
The institution also believes NVIDIA's valuation remains reasonable. The report stated that the stock trades at about 15 times expected 2027 earnings, below the industry average, while Wall Street overall maintains a strong Buy view on NVIDIA. The report concluded that investors continue to see NVIDIA as the primary winner in the AI chip space.
