Goldman Sachs Trims Alphabet Price Target to $435 amid Normalizing Growth in Its Search Business

Goldman Sachs expects Google's (GOOGL) growth in search and other businesses to gradually slow to a more normal level, currently estimating capital expenditures of approximately $205 billion and $350 billion in 2026 and 2027, respectively.

Goldman Sachs reiterated its "buy" rating on Google, but lowered its target price from $440 to $435.

CLSA Maintains High-Conviction Outperform Rating on SK Hynix

CLSA said SK Hynix shares have already priced in concerns over AI capex sustainability, peak memory pricing, and rising competition from Chinese suppliers. The firm maintained its High-Conviction Outperform rating, expecting memory supply to remain tight through 2027 due to advanced-node complexity, lengthy fab ramp-ups, and robust data center demand. CLSA added that growing AI model complexity should continue to drive demand for high-end memory products.
