    It's good for people with fire power to buy stocks at a cheap price.  Recession also means that inflation will go down

    When you see value in the stock you are buying, go ahead with the purchase. If market goes down and brings down the price of the stock, buy more! If you have enough stock for an options trade, sell the call option (above or around your purchase price) to help cover for the loss in price.
