At the 2026 Alibaba Cloud Summit, Alibaba (NYSE: BABA; HKEX: 09988) introduced a 128-card ultra-node server based on its in-house developed next-generation AI chip, the T-Head Zhenwu M890. The server is equipped with the Interconnect Chip ICN Switch 1.0, achieving communication latency as low as the hundred-nanosecond level. This architecture enables 128 AI chips to function as a unified computing system, designed to meet the demands for concurrent inference and large-scale model training in the Agentic era.
