Staar Surgical stocks rose 19% in overnight trading after it reported Q1 earnings late Wednesday of $0.10 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $1.10 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $0.05.
Net Sales for the three months ended April 3 rose to $93.5 million from $42.6 million a year earlier.
Shares of Doximity, Inc. sank late Wednesday after the telehealth company's fiscal fourth-quarter profit came in below Wall Street expectations, with fiscal 2027 revenue guidance falling well short of analyst forecasts.
Doximity stock sank 18% in overnight trading, continuing to slide after ending Wednesday's regular trading session down 12% to $23.39. Shares have slid 47% this year.
