Here are the biggest calls on Wall Street on Tuesday:

Deutsche Bank initiates Cisco as buy

Deutsche Bank called the stock the “structural hedge of our coverage” and says it’s too attractive to ignore.

“Top-line growth of 15% and c. 17% EPS growth are guided for FY27E, with the core business ex AI guided to grow at c. 10%, a combo Cisco has not offered in a decade, at a valuation that is in line with the peer group, offering upside as the premium shows up in the numbers over the next 2-3 years.”

RBC initiates BorgWarner as outperform

RBC says the company has a “durable earnings base.”

“BWA’ s dominant foundational product portfolio, commanding the #1 global position in turbochargers, EGRs [exhaust gas recirculation], timing systems, and transfer cases, provides a durable earnings base,

UBS downgrades Interactive Brokers to neutral from buy

After a change in analyst coverage, the firm downgraded the stock and says shares are less compelling.

“We view IBKR as a best-in-class broker with a compelling growth runway, but believe the stock already reflects much of that advantage.”

UBS initiates Assembly Biosciences as buy

UBS said in its initiation of Assembly Biosciences that it has a robust pipeline.

“Growing pipeline in virology & liver diseases.”

Needham initiates Red Violet as buy

Needham says the cloud identity company has plenty of upside.

“We are initiating coverage of red violet (RDVT) with a buy rating and $90 price target.”

JPMorgan initiates BlossomHill Therapeutics as overweight

JPMorgan says the oncology company has plenty of upside.

“We are initiating coverage of BlossomHill Therapeutics (BLSM) with an Overweight rating and a Dec-2027 price target of $28.”

Piper Sandler upgrades Akamai to overweight from neutral

Piper says the stock is undervalued.

“From our analysis, Akamai will need to spend more than what Street currently embeds but that growth and long-term cash flow generation are compelling.”

Bank of America reiterates Microsoft as buy

Bank of America raised its price target to $600 per share from $500.

” Microsoft’s 4Q26 results provided further validation of its AI strategy, with Azure growth accelerating from 39% in 3Q26 to 43% 4Q26 and guidance of 45% in 1Q27.”

Goldman Sachs initiates Latigo Biotherapeutics as buy

Goldman says the biotech company is best positioned “to capture meaningful share in the large pain market.”

“We initiate coverage on Latigo Biotherapeutics (LTGO) with a Buy rating and 12-month price target of $73.”

DA Davidson upgrades Columbia Banking Systems to buy from neutral

DA Davidson says it sees improving profitability.

“We are upgrading our rating on COLB to BUY.”

Morgan Stanley upgrades Robinhood to overweight from equal weight

The firm says it sees a “stronger growth outlook.”

“HOOD’s expanding platform is turning product velocity into stronger customer economics: more assets, activity and monetization per customer, supporting a longer growth runway than appreciated.”

JPMorgan reiterates Apple as overweight

JPMorgan says Apple is well positioned for share gains in the premium device space.

“IDC has cut its 2026 global smartphone shipment estimate to now forecast a decline of -16.7% y/y from -13.9% a quarter ago. ... Although the headline shipment decline is significant, we believe the read-through for Apple is more favorable, given the company’s limited exposure to the price tiers facing the greatest pressure as well as the continued shift in market value toward premium devices.”

Evercore ISI upgrades Duolingo to outperform from in line

Evercore called Duolingo “high quality.”

“Our stock picking history has taught us that these moments of severe dislocation (in terms of both stock price and fundamentals) can create highly attractive risk-reward scenarios IF the asset is reasonably high quality to begin with. And our long-standing view is that DUOL is a high quality asset.”

Baird reiterates Nvidia as outperform

Baird says it’s sticking with Nvidia shares.

“Nvidia remains one of our top large-cap ideas owing to market share leadership and ongoing share gains including in inferencing, recent reacceleration in revenue growth driven by agentic AI expected to gain further momentum next year...”

Rosenblatt initiates Uber as buy

Rosenblatt says shares of Uber offer an attractive entry point.

“Within our broader launch on the Online Travel & Mobility sector, we are initiating coverage on shares of UBER with a BUY rating and $100 PT.”

Rosenblatt initiates Airbnb as buy

Rosenblatt says Airbnb shares have more room to run.

“Within our broader launch on the Online Travel & Mobility sector, we are initiating coverage on shares of ABNB with a BUY rating and $220 PT.”

Rosenblatt initiates DoorDash as buy

Rosenblatt called the stock the “most defensibile.”

“We view DASH as the most defensible operator in mobility and delivery.”

Piper Sandler upgrades Tempus AI to overweight from neutral

Piper says it sees several growth drivers.

“We are upgrading shares of TEM to Overweight from Neutral and raise our PT to $76 from $56.”

KeyBanc initiates eToro Group as overweight

KeyBanc says it sees a “favorable risk/reward.”

“eToro is a multi-asset retail investing platform with proven product market fit in core markets (UK/EU). We see an opportunity for the Company to capture secular growth, meaningfully expand product breadth (thus share of wallet), and improve share in non-core markets.”

BTIG upgrades Tidewater to buy from neutral

BTIG says it sees higher pricing for the maritime ships company.

“Following investor meetings with management last week, we upgrade TDW to Buy (from Neutral) on the back of what we expect to be a tightening OSV [offshore support vessel] market over the next two years, which should see pricing inflect higher.”

BMO upgrades Park Hotels & Resorts to outperform from market perform

BMO says it likes the company’s transformation.

“We are upgrading PK to Outperform and increasing our target price to $18. We are positive on PK’s portfolio transformation strategy and with a still healthy demand backdrop, we believe PK has one of the sector’s best growth setups into 2027.”

Citi opens a positive catalyst watch on Howmet Aerospace

Citi says investors should buy the dip.

” HWM has recently pulled back ~20% from its recent all-time-high, ~7.5% of which occurred [Monday] on the back of SPCX’s desire to pursue in-house casting of blades & vanes. We see this as a unique and likely short-lived opportunity in shares.”

Bank of America upgrades Timken to buy from neutral

The firm says Timken shares are compelling.

“That said, we believe this sets up an entry point into a multi-year transformation story...”

UBS upgrades Nuveen Churchill Direct Lending and Hercules Capital to buy from neutral

UBS says the business development companies are undervalued.

“For HTGC, we don’t believe the market is giving an appropriate level of credit for their better than average ROE profile, and for NCDL we see a better than consensus pathway to ROE improvement.”

Bernstein reiterates SpaceX as outperform

The firm said in a note to clients that it sees several positive catalysts ahead to propel the stock higher including the addition of a Starbase in Louisiana.

“The addition of Starbase Louisiana will help enable launch. We view the addition of a dozen launchpads as meaningful infrastructure needed for SpaceX to achieve the Starship launches it needs for orbital data centers.”
