美国当选总统唐纳德·特朗普对数字资产的立场及国会有不少议员支持加密货币的前景推动比特币首次升破88，000美元大关。
特朗普拿下亚利桑那，横扫七个战场州。他在此次总统大选中的决定性胜利引发了数字资产的狂欢。该行业为支持亲加密货币的候选人花费了超过1亿美元。自上周大选以来比特币已飙升逾30%，而且几乎每天都在创出新高。
“比特币继续在打破预期创下新高，” Cumberland Labs研究主管Chris Newhouse说，“市场的走势就好像它终于意识到，未来几年我们将处于势不可挡的牛市之中。”
作为最大的代币，比特币在纽约交易中一度上涨10%，达到创纪录的88，204美元。看涨情绪也推高了其它加密货币，包括特朗普的支持者、世界首富伊隆·马斯克推崇的狗狗币。
加密货币相关公司的股价也水涨船高。MicroStrategy飙升26%，而美国加密货币交易所Coinbase大涨20%。加密挖矿股MARA Holdings和Riot Platforms分别上扬29%和17%。
比特币期权交易员已经上看10万美元，加密货币期权交易所Deribit的数据显示，投资者纷纷押注比特币最早将在今年底突破这一里程碑。
