美国国防部昨日(6日)宣布将腾讯(00700.HK) 、宁德时代(300750.SZ) 、商汤科技(00020.HK) 等企业列入第1260H条清单，即与中国军队协作的企业名单。晨星高级股票分析师Ivan Su表示，腾讯遭列入军企名单，令市场感到意外，拖累其ADR及香港股价下跌。
不过他表示，考虑到腾讯的商业模式主要围绕社交网络和线上游戏，并非国企且未参与重大军事项目，认为该公司有很大机会之后会从名单上除名，类似于小米(01810.HK) 在2021年被列入名单后，仅四个月后就获除名的情况。
由于被列入名单并不带来具体制裁或直接处罚，他预期只会可能会造成声誉损害，以及或令其他公司在潜在合作上却步。晨星推算腾讯来自美国的盈利贡献为高个位数百分比，主要属游戏收入，相信腾讯美国游戏业务短期内受到影响的可能性非常小。
