Gallagher Securities names Bolding CEO as Dubinsky becomes chairman

By Michael Jones

Feb 6 - (The Insurer) - Gallagher has appointed Jason Bolding CEO of Gallagher Securities with Bill Dubinsky set to assume the position of chairman.

In his new role, Bolding will aim to enhance sales efforts through greater alignment between Gallagher Re and Gallagher Securities.

Bolding will move from his position as Gallagher Securities’ global head of sales and distribution, which he has held since September 2022.

He joined Gallagher after a three year stint as US head of ILS at Credit Suisse. This followed a 14 year stint at Aon, which included as managing director of Aon Benfield Securities.

Dubinsky has assumed the Gallagher Securities chairman position after a number of years as the unit’s managing director and CEO.

Gallagher said his new position would see him focus on expanding the ILS product suite into new areas and structures.

Prior to his Gallagher position, he acted as managing director and head of ILS at Willis Towers Watson Securities. His experience also includes roles at Swiss Re Capital Markets, Aon, Merrill Lynch, Thompson Coburn, and PwC.
