美国众议院预算委员会上周五(16日)在5名共和党议员倒戈下否决美国总统特朗普的税务法案，穆迪其后下调对美国信贷评级，由最高的Aaa降至Aa1，警告美国政府债务及财赤上升。该委员会昨日(18日)以些微票数通过法案。该法案涉及千亿美元计减税及削减开支，将令美国财赤升至去年国内生产总值6.4%。美国负责任联邦预算委员会预计该法案令美国未来十年国债增加5.2万亿美元。(fc/a)
