Nvidia Launches Nemotron 3 Family of Open Models

Nvidia (NVDA) said Monday that it has launched the Nemotron 3 family of open models in nano, super and ultra sizes to deliver transparent, efficient, and accurate agentic AI development across industries.

Nvidia said Nemotron 3 nano delivers up to four times higher throughput than Nemotron 2 nano, while reducing reasoning-token generation by as much as 60%.

The Nemotron 3 super and ultra models are expected to be available in H1 of next year.

The new models benefit from advanced reinforcement learning techniques and concurrent multi-environment post-training at scale, the company said.

Shares of Nvidia were up more than 1% in early Monday trading.
