Apple (AAPL) was allowed to keep its app tracking transparency feature in France, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing a court ruling.
Apple didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
Last year, the French antitrust regulator fined Apple 150 million euros ($176 million) for how the system affects advertisers.
The features lets users choose if apps can collect activity across other apps and websites.
