Pulse Biosciences (PLSE) shares climbed past 33% after midday Friday following the company's late Thursday announcement that clinical data from its nPulse cardiac catheter feasibility study showed successful treatment of atrial fibrillation in 150 patients with "rapid" procedure times and minimal adverse effects.

BILL (BILL) has been in talks to be acquired by Hellman & Friedman, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter. BILL didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
Its shares rose 40% as intraday trading volume soared to 12 million from a daily average of roughly 2.6 million.
Envista (NVST) shares were up 16% amid heavy trading after the company reported late Thursday a stronger-than-expected jump in Q4 adjusted earnings and sales.
