Kuwait and Saudi Arabia reported drone and missile attacks, indicating fighting in the Gulf has continued even after President Trump said the U.S. would postpone some strikes on Iran. Kuwait's army said it was confronting missile and drone attacks, while Saudi Arabia's Defense Ministry said it intercepted and destroyed multiple drones. Bahrain's Interior Ministry said authorities sounded a siren and urged people to head to a safe place.

Trump said earlier on Monday that the U.S. would pause strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for five days following "productive" talks between Washington and Tehran. Iran has retaliated for U.S. and Israeli strikes during the war by launching missiles and drones at a number of countries, widening the impact of the war.
