Debris From Intercepted Missiles Cuts Power Lines in Kuwait -- WSJ

Kuwait said early Tuesday seven overhead power transmission lines have gone out of service in several parts of the country because of damage caused by falling debris from intercepted missiles.

Some regions in the country were experiencing partial outages, but efforts were under way to restore power as soon as possible, the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy said. Technical teams will begin assessment for maintenance as soon as the locations are secured, the ministry said.
