Heineken to Shift to Import-Based Supply Model in Singapore

MT Newswires03-25

Heineken's Singapore subsidiary, Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore, is set to transition to an import-based supply model as part of "HEINEKEN's EverGreen 2030" strategy, according to a company release on Tuesday.

While Singapore will continue producing Tiger Beer, the Tuas brewery will phase down progressively by the end of 2027, as the brewery brand looks to adopt a more agile regional supply approach.

The Dutch multinational brewing company also outlined plans to redevelop the Tuas site into a pilot brewery for innovation, the release said.
