ecoWise (SGX:5CT) said it secured an approval from the JTC Corp. for the extension of the leases of two properties in Sungei Kadut Street to March 31, 2027, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Meanwhile, the terms of the lease remain the same, except for the extended tenure, the filing added.
Shares of the integrated sustainable environmental solutions company closed nearly 6% lower in Wednesday trading.
