Winking Studios Completes Acquisition of Canada's Studios Ampera

Gaming company Winking Studios (SGX:WKS) completed the acquisition of Studios Ampera, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the completion, Keywords Studio's former senior leader, Claude Bordeleau, will become the group chief revenue officer.

The deal was first announced in March, when Winking Studios had agreed to acquire the Canada-based game development studio for CA$525,100 in cash and a deferred issuance of 10 million new shares.
