Singapore's private residential property index was up marginally by 0.3% in the first quarter of 2026, following a 0.6% increase in the previous quarter, according to data released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority on Wednesday.
Sale transaction volume dropped by 40% quarter over quarter, while prices of non-landed private residential properties rose by 1%, following a 0.2% drop in the previous quarter.
