Octopus (APAC) (SGX:43A) completed the disposal of food courts operator Hawkerway, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the payments solutions company were down over 3% in Wednesday trading.
In an earlier filing, the company had agreed to dispose of Hawkerway to Wei Global for SG$650,000.
Following the disposal, Hawkerway is no longer the company's subsidiary.
