Stocks to Watch: Strategy, Tesla, JBS, Paramount -- WSJ

Strategy (MSTR), Coinbase (COIN): The crypto-related stocks jumped premarket on the back of gains for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

JBS $(JBS)$: Shares in the world's largest meatpacker rose ahead of the bell after its workers in Colorado agreed to end a three-week strike.

Tesla $(TSLA)$: The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration closed its investigation into the carmaker's "Actually Smart Summon" feature; shares rose premarket.

Neurocrine Biosciences $(NBIX)$, Soleno Therapeutics (SLNO): Neurocrine agreed to buy Soleno for $2.9 billion, which develops treatments of rare diseases. Soleno shares jumped more than 30% premarket while Neurocrine stock slipped.

Paramount Skydance $(PSKY)$: The company secured signed equity commitments of close to $24 billion from three sovereign-wealth funds led by Saudi Arabia to help back its takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery $(WBD)$, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Chevron $(CVX)$, Exxon Mobil (XOM), Occidental Petroleum $(OXY)$: Shares in the energy companies fell premarket as oil prices retreated.

AirAsia X (MY:5238): The Malaysian budget airline said it has raised fares by 30%-40% because of high fuel costs, and backed its plans for a hub in Bahrain. Shares rose 2.5%.
