HealthBank (SGX:40B) received a listing and quotation notice for up to 31.7 million shares at SG$0.0378 per share, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The listing and quotation of the new shares is subject to compliance with the SGX-ST's listing requirements, the filing said.
