Parkson Retail Asia Proposes to Renew Share Purchase Mandate; Shares Up 3%

Parkson Retail Asia (SGX:O9E, HKG:3368) is proposing to renew its share purchase mandate at its 2025 annual general meeting, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Under the proposal, the total number of shares to be purchased will be limited to shares representing not more than 10% of the company's issued shares.

Shares of the department store operator were up nearly 3% in Thursday trading on the Singapore Exchange.
