Lion Asiapac (SGX:BAZ) is expecting to book a loss for the nine months ended March 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The roofing solutions company has attributed this to a one-off realization of foreign currency translation reserves arising from the de-consolidation of former subsidiary, Compact Energy.
