Elite UK REIT's (SGX:MXNU) distributable income rose by 9.8% in the first quarter to 5.3 million pounds from 4.8 million pounds a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Net property income declined by 12% to 9.1 million pounds from 10.4 million pounds in the year-ago period.
Revenue edged up 1.2% year over year to 9.4 million pounds, backed by portfolio occupancy of 99.9% and weighted average lease expiry of 6.9 years.
