Avi-Tech (SGX:1R6) has decided to pull the plug on its proposed SG$18.9 million investment in Create Technologies, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the engineering manufacturing services company were down over 2% in Friday trading.
The decision to terminate the deal was taken following additional review and assessment of the business, the filing said.
