Sen Yue (SGX:5BS) is expected to be delisted from the Singapore Exchange, effective April 30, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore bourse.
Following a voluntary unconditional general offer by Cenvios, the offeror and its concert parties now own or control 92.47% of the company's issued shares, with 7.53% owned by the public.
