CapitaLand Ascendas REIT's (SGX:A17U) portfolio occupancy dropped to 90.5% during the first quarter of the year from 91.5% in the prior quarter, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Portfolio rental revision stood at 10.6%, compared to 11% a year earlier.
Meanwhile, weighted average lease expiry came in at 3.8 years.
