UI Boustead REIT (SGX:UIBU) reported a higher portfolio committed occupancy of 92.2% as at April 30, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The occupancy rate increase was driven by renewed and signed leases for a total net lettable area of 305,292 square feet from Oct. 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
