Circle Internet Q1 Earnings, Revenue Rise; Launches Agent Stack Platform

Circle Internet (CRCL) reported Q1 earnings Monday of $0.21 per diluted share, compared with a breakeven result a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.19.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $694.1 million, compared with $578.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $714.7 million.

Separately, the company launched its Agent Stack platform, introducing tools including Circle CLI, Agent Wallets, and an Agent Marketplace to help developers and merchants build, fund, and monetize AI-driven activity using USDC across multiple blockchains and payment protocols.

Shares of the company were up over 3.4% in Monday premarket activity.
