Separately, the company launched its Agent Stack platform, introducing tools including Circle CLI, Agent Wallets, and an Agent Marketplace to help developers and merchants build, fund, and monetize AI-driven activity using USDC across multiple blockchains and payment protocols.
Shares of the company were up over 3.4% in Monday premarket activity.
