Zheneng Jinjiang Environment (SGX:BWM) provided another status update on ongoing discussions regarding a potential transaction involving the company's shares.
The waste-to-energy operator said confidential negotiations are still in process, and that no decisions have been made and no agreements have been signed at this stage, according to a Singapore Exchange filing on Tuesday.
The talks began earlier this year.
