The Yichang Yiling District Court adjourned and scheduled to render its judgement regarding a case involving China International (SGX:BEH) subsidiaries, CIHL (Tianjin) City Development and Yichang Zhongjia Xinye Asset Management, within one month.

The subsidiaries appeared as defendants in the legal proceedings which were commenced by Hunan Construction Engineering, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The legal proceedings were commenced by Hunan Construction Engineering Group, creditor of Yichang Zeyou Real Estate Development, and it sought an outstanding amount of 7.3 million yuan owed by a third party named Yichang Zeyou.
