Shares of Medi Lifestyle (SGX:Z4D) declined nearly 8% in Tuesday's afternoon trade after Chief Executive Officer Herry Pudjianto resigned as an executive director of the board to focus on his duties as CEO.
Effective May 13, Pudjianto will dedicate his full attention to the medical service company's operations and strategic growth plans, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
