City Developments (SGX:C09) obtained a SG$300 million multicurrency sustainability-linked loan from DBS Bank, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The loan is linked to the company's aim of adopting nature-based solutions and to support Singapore's transformation into a "City in Nature," which is part of the city-state's Green Plan 2030.
The loan will be used for general corporate funding and working capital needs.
