Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google unit will add conversational AI features to YouTube and Google Docs, the company said Tuesday at its developer conference.
Google plans a wide release of its interactive search tool this summer, while a voice-enabled feature called Docs Live will debut for premium chatbot subscribers, the company said.
The company is prioritizing automation upgrades across all business segments, CEO Sundar Pichai said at the Google I/O 2026 event.
