CSE Global's (SGX:544) strategic review remains ongoing for a fifth successive month, with the global technologies company yet to report a definitive agreement, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The company had first reported the strategic review on March 5, at the equest of controlling shareholder, Heliconia Capital Management, and the receipt of a preliminary indicative expression of interest from an undisclosed party to discuss a strategic transaction.
