Boustead Singapore (SGX:F9D) has acquired a 60% stake in UroMedTech through a SG$6 million equity injection, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the engineering services company were down nearly 1% in Monday trading.
The acquisition, carried out by subsidiary Boustead Medical Care, allows the company to add a cancer diagnostic robotics platform to its portfolio, alongside existing rehab robotics and digital healthcare assets.
