Three units of SiS International (HKG:0529) agreed to supply IT products and related services to SiS Cambodia, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the IT company were up over 1% in Wednesday afternoon trading.
The agreement is valid starting July 7, 2026, and ending Dec. 31, 2028.
The company will gain access to the Cambodian market through the deal and achieve growth.
SiS Cambodia is wholly owned by the son-in-law of Lim Kiah Meng, chairman, CEO, and controlling shareholder of SiS International.
