Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments (SGX:5RA) said the investor who filed a winding-up application against the company decided not to proceed with the action, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The investor has released the real estate company from all obligations to repay an outstanding sum it owed, Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments said.
