AMTD Idea Group (SGX:HKB) has outlined plans to restructure ownership of its five branded hotels under a unified holding entity named AMTD Hotels Group, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The hotels are located in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Kuala Lumpur and New York, with the restructuring part of the company's strategy to build a unified global hospitality platform and a distinctive independent brand.
