SIIC Environment (SGX:BHK, HKG:0807) completed the amalgamation of nine dormant British Virgin Islands subsidiaries, with Global Envirotech Investment as the surviving entity, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The move is part of the company's efforts to streamline its organizational structure and reduce administration costs.
