Veracyte (VCYT) said late Monday it has acquired Convergent Genomics for $150 million in upfront cash and up to additional $30 million tied to milestones over UroAmp reimbursement efforts.
The company said the acquisition expands its urology diagnostics portfolio with a urinary tumor DNA testing platform.
Veracyte said it contemplated Convergent's operating expenses in 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook and is not updating its guidance.
