That profitability and scale leaned toward the bullish storyline on revenue growth and margin potential, while search traffic volatility and competition from Meta’s Forum kept the regulatory and platform risk concerns from the cautious case alive. Overall, the evidence cut both ways. The useful lesson is simple. When a story leans on margin expansion, track the reported net margin and how it moves relative to earlier assumptions, rather than anchoring on headline revenue alone. What Reddit’s Drop Leaves You Paying For Today Reddit now trades at US$148, with this Narrative’s Fair Value sitting above that level based on its own math. The argument focuses on a fast-growing business with high incremental profitability, a strong cash position and a pricing gap that the Narrative treats as a research prompt rather than an automatic bargain.
