Strangle stuck during execution

Initiated Sell Citigroup strangles august expiry at $52.5/$46. 

As the bid cannot get through, I adjusted my order downwards to fill.

Sell at $1.10 to sell at $1.09.

The order is stuck at $1.10.

After reset tiger, the order remains there.

I tried to cancel the order.

I am Unable to cancel the strangle order also...

Will reset tiger and try again.

    Managed to fill using custom instead. The strangles are still stuck

    Hello,Bonta. Thank you for your feedback. The reason the order couldn't be executed is that there was an error in our trading system response. In fact, the order has been executed. We have submitted this bug to the engineers for fixing.
