$Rxi Pharmaceuticals Corp(PHIO)$ This company and stock are some kind investor scam. They know their shares are worthless, and they just issue more to grab money whenever they can.
It have been bullish since at least May 16th. Even with today's spike it's down over 35% since then and this isn't the first time they've released good news, gone up, and then continued to drop even further than before. I'm increasing my short position in my paper-trading account.
I'm sure this spike will be totally different from the one in May. Went from $3 to $5 after a press release of positive results.
