$Booking Holdings(BKNG)$

Been observing this for years ...it is my strong opinion that this company caters to the hedge funds and institutional owners...which are the 95% insiders and large holders of the stock . Keeping the stock high with no stock splits seems to me to be mainly beneficial to those large holders by giving them leverage to sell and get option premiums. Some companies dislike "stock splits" for many reasons include what transpired during the dot com era. Even this dividend ... who is it benefitting mainly? ... Not the shareholders with fractional shares or and 1 to 99 shares; rather, it's the large hedge funds. It appears from afar that the Board was under pressure to do something about returning funds to shareholders. However, I think they should have split the stock and increase the stock buy back....that would benefitted small and large owners alike. I am still bullish ... A small time shareholder but it feels to me that the company is driven by the 95% interests and not the 5% owners.
