it is crazy to offer 1.16 to take over. however another 19%will make the deal become unconditional to take over the whole company. and Gordon family making big move and take over so many company recently. the risk here is, most of the share are holding in one person pocket instead of spreading or in public. if he find another 19% and deal undertable, then it come to the end. I sold all for now, until I see better condition
