In my view, Trump's media niche has already been replaced by Trump-related assets, with new assets replacing the old ones. During Trump's presidency, it would be difficult to conduct mergers and acquisitions because of the need to avoid any appearance of presidential impropriety. Trump-related assets are a different story. It's not that the stocks are unregulated; rather, they can be manipulated to the fullest extent allowed. Moreover, the Trump Organization officially holds 80% of its shares, a higher proportion than it holds in Trump Media.
