Option Strategies: TXN, AAPL& .SPX

Selling For Premium
01-24 10:10

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some option strategies with you!

1.

Wrote this $.SPX(.SPX)$ trade earlier today. Should expire worthless for max profit! 🤑

Went with a 6020/6010 put credit spread & 6120/6125 call credit spread. Kinda like a modified Iron Condor with an additional put spread position.

Hmmm ... $Apple(AAPL)$ at this current level for a long play heading into earnings? Or a quick #Optionselling play to pick up premium? 🤔😬

CSP - Jan 24 exp, 220 strike

... or, straight up buy ATM calls

$Texas Instruments(TXN)$ reports earnings after the closing bell tomorrow. Am thinking of selling a put to finance buying a call debit spread. Obviously, this would be a directional bet to the upside.

Gamma levels are at 180 and 210. Net trade sentiment and delta imbalance is bullish. That said, at the end of the day its still a 50/50 gamble on which way this will go.

If it pumps, then we will profit on both the sold put and the call debit spread. If it dumps, then our biggest loss will be primarily centered on the put. We will have to adjust (i.e. roll the put) depending on where the price of TXN settles at.
