I had used Deepseek a few times, but I don't think it is that good since a lot of the info regarding China is restricted.  I will buy the dip and wait for the opportunity to rise again. I don't think Trump can save Nvidia, but I believe and trust my instinct in long-term $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ investment on

Deepseek isn't trying to be the next answering machine. The key difference is that the algorithm is small enough to run on a home built server instead of a building size data center. And it is self learning, something openai says it is not possible without additional 500mil-5b investment.

It doesn't matter if you can't search for tiananmen square. There is no particular block in the algorithm that prevents this. If you want to search for it, build deepseek using it's open source repository, feed the info, then ask it to reference.

Most users don't need info on China, and since it's open-sourced, other developers can improve on it  at near-zero costs. The dip may gradually turn into a falling knife.
